We began our journey into the world of holiday letting almost 50 years ago. During that time, we’ve always held firm the belief that people are the most important part of our business. From the owners and guests who make our business possible to the amazing team who have helped the company grow and expand, people are at the heart of what we do and why we do it.
B Corp has enabled us to celebrate the things we already do and find ways to do more. Throughout our verification process, we’ve found areas where we excel and areas that ignite our passion for improvement. We’ve installed solar panels, created local purchasing goals, and encouraged our employees to make the most of their annual volunteering days so that we can give back to our local communities.

We hear a lot from companies about Corporate Social Responsibility CSR and Environmental, Social and Governance ESG. Basically, it means looking beyond just the financial aspects of company activities and taking account of the wider impact on society and the environment. We have tried to cut through some of the corporate speak and come up with something that would suit our family of companies. We have arrived at the 3P approach.
People
We will always do the right thing by our owners and guests but it is the people in the business that make it happen so we must look after them above all. We also live in a wider community and must contribute to that.

We need to earn a reasonable return because it keeps us in business in good years and bad and it allows us to grow and improve.
